Arielle Penn, LCSW, is a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist in Calfornia specializing in anxiety therapy, depression treatment, and life transitions for women. She offers an integrative, evidence-based approach, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients regulate emotions, reduce anxiety, establish healthy boundaries, and reconnect with their authentic selves.

With over 35 years of clinical experience, advanced training in anxiety disorders, trauma-informed care, DBT skills, CBT strategies, and certification as a menopause coach, Arielle supports women navigating midlife transitions, hormonal changes, identity shifts, and emotional healing.
