Arielle is a strong advocate for mental health and destigmatizing discrimination, offering support for self-esteem, boundary issues, perfectionism, past trauma, faulty thinking patterns, career unfulfillment, same-sex relationship struggles, menopause, infidelity, infertility, ending a marriage, the sandwich generation, and grief. Certified as a menopause and life coach, she's with you every step of the way.

Your safe and non-judgmental space

In our first session, we will begin to get to know one another in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Arielle believes in conducting a thorough psychosocial evaluation and understanding your desired accomplishments. She starts where you are, making this time truly yours. You are welcome to ask any questions you may have about her process or approach. This is the first step toward clarity and self-compassion. Please note: Arielle does not work via telehealth with clients who have had recent suicide attempts or currently have suicidal ideations, as these clients are best served by a face-to-face provider.
